Either the foreign student, local sponsor or any member of public can make the necessary payment when the Student's Pass (STP) application status is reflected as “Pending Processing Fee” or “IPA-Pending Issuance Fee”.

Prospective students of Institute of Higher Learning can log in to the e-Service at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/solar/index.xhtml to make the necessary payment for the STP application.

Prospective students of other education institutions or schools can make payment after logging in to the e-Service at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/solarplus.

Payments must be made via the e-Service using eNets, Credit/ Debit, Internet banking or PayNow. Please refer to ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.
