You can arrange to make the necessary payment once the status reflected is “Pending Processing Fee” or “IPA-Pending Issuance Fee”. Payments must be made on the e-Service using the eNets, Credit/Debit, Internet banking or PayNow. Please refer to ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.
