For users with a Singpass account:

• Login to the FileSG website with your Singpass account

• Confirm your contact details if you are logging in for the first time

• Upon successful login, you can view and download the STP and files that you have been issued, by different government agencies through FileSG

For users without a Singpass account:

• You will need to enter the transaction ID onto the FileSG website, for the file you are trying to retrieve. The transaction ID can be found in the email sent to you, after completion of formalities at ICA, or up to 5 working days after enrolment of biometrics at your Education Institution.

• Input the required personal particulars and complete authentication with the One-Time-Password (OTP) sent to the mobile number provided in your STP application.

• Upon successful authentication, you can view and download the STP that is associated with the transaction ID provided at the start of this process.
