How do I book/ change/ cancel my appointment in MyICA?

You will be prompted to make an appointment in 'Applications' if required. If you have booked an appointment, you will see your upcoming appointment in 'Notifications'. You can click on the notification to view instructions on how to make changes to the appointment. Alternatively, you can book, change or cancel an appointment in 'e-Services', under 'e-Appointment'.
