Can I set reminder alert in MyICA for the appointment/collection of the documents?
The reminder alert using the calendar function in the mobile device is currently not available in MyICA. You will receive a message on the upcoming appointment under 'Notifications’ in MyICA after you have successfully made an appointment online.
