Updated by ICA

You will need to obtain a travel document for your child from the respective Embassy or High Commission within 42 days of your child's birth. Details of the regularisation of the immigration status of a foreign child born in Singapore can be found in the advisory note that is issued together with the digital birth certificate.

You may re-download the advisory note at ICA e-Service within 90 days from the date of birth registration.
