Who is eligible to use the automated lanes and what are the requirements?

All foreign visitors arriving in Singapore, regardless of nationality, can use automated lanes without the need for prior enrolments. You will need to produce the following to use the automated lanes:

  • The registered passport that is valid for more than 6 months or a valid QR Code generated from the MyICA mobile app

  • A submitted SG Arrival Card

  • A valid Singapore visa (if applicable)

You will need to provide a valid email address in your SG Arrival Card submission to receive your Visit Pass (e-Pass) when using the automated lanes. You will not be issued with an arrival immigration endorsement in your passport.
