Why am I not able to access the e-service to apply for the APEC Business Travel Card?

You may wish to check your internet settings on your browser and disable the pop-up blocker before submitting the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) application.

You will also not be allowed to submit an ABTC application if your passport is expiring within 9 months. You can submit the ABTC application after you have collected your new passport.
