Onboarding process

1. Create your staging site

   We’ll set this up so your team can have a test environment to explore the admin portal, and test features.

2. Add and format content

   Your team's admins will add questions to your AskGov staging site. We recommend preparing the list of help articles in advance so you can add them right away.

3. Go live with AskGov

   Once ready, we’ll port your content from staging to your production AskGov site.
