Why do I need to visit the clinic after enrolment? What can I expect at this first Health Plan consultation session?

During your first Health Plan consultation at your enrolled Healthier SG clinic, the doctor will create your Health Plan after getting to know you and your health. This could include:

  • Measuring your vitals (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure and ask about your lifestyle habits)

  • Discuss ways to improve your health, such as:

    • Making lifestyle adjustments which may include diet, exercise* and/or social activities

    • Reviewing what health screenings and vaccinations you need

  • Informing/booking your next fully-subsidised annual Health Plan check-in

Your first Health Plan consultation will be fully-subsidised, and upon completion you will earn bonus Healthpoints (via the Healthy 365 app).

Eligible Singapore Citizens who are enrolled with Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies for Healthier SG screening tests and vaccinations** at your enrolled Healthier SG clinic.

If you are visiting your enrolled clinic for other non-Healthier SG consultations (e.g. for illness) at the same time as the first Health Plan visit, that portion of the non-Healthier SG consultation will be chargeable.

*From 27 July 2026, eligible Healthier SG enrollees will be able to use the Health Plan AI beta feature on HealthHub to generate an exercise plan which is tailored based on their Health Plan, demographics, and personal preferences. Health Plan AI will first be tested for an initial period of six months with eligible enrollees. For more information, please refer to: How do I know if I am eligible to use Health Plan AI on HealthHub?

**Eligible Singapore Citizens will enjoy subsidised screening tests and vaccinations at polyclinics and CHAS GP clinics, while eligible Permanent Residents enjoy subsidised screening tests and vaccinations at polyclinics. In addition, eligible Singapore Citizens who are enrolled with Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic.

Screening test eligibility is determined based on an individual’s age, sex, pre-existing conditions and last health screening date.

Vaccination eligibility is determined based on an individual’s age, sex, pre-existing medical conditions and vaccination history.
