What should I expect at my initial Health Plan consultation and annual Health Plan check-in?
During the Health Plan consultation at your enrolled Healthier SG clinic, the doctor will discuss your health and work with you to create a customised Health Plan, including:
Reviewing what nationally recommended health screenings and vaccinations you need – nationally recommended health screenings and vaccinations are free under Healthier SG
Discussing ways to improve your health, such as making lifestyle adjustments and how to manage your chronic conditions
Referring you to healthy lifestyle programmes conducted by community partners, and
Booking your next Health Plan consultation/ check-in
When discussing your Health Plan with your doctor, you may be advised to undergo additional medical tests, e.g. blood tests for chronic conditions, to monitor pre-existing conditions. Such tests are on top of the fully-subsidised health screenings under Healthier SG and are therefore chargeable.
