Eligible Singapore Citizens enrolled in Healthier SG will receive special subsidies at their Healthier SG enrolled clinics for health screenings listed under Healthier SG Screening*, and Healthier SG Vaccinations+ on the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS).

Healthier SG Screening*

Healthier SG Screening covers screening tests for cardiovascular disease (diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol), cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer.

*Under Healthier SG Screening, all eligible Singapore Citizens will enjoy subsidised screening tests at polyclinics and CHAS GP clinics, while eligible Permanent Residents enjoy subsidised screening tests at polyclinics. Screening test eligibility is determined based on an individual’s age, sex, pre-existing conditions and last health screening date. In addition, eligible Singapore Citizens enrolled in Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic.

Healthier SG Vaccinations+

These refer to subsidised vaccinations to protect against the following 12 diseases – Influenza, pneumococcal disease, human papillomavirus, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella (chickenpox) and shingles.
