You will need to be a CHAS/ Pioneer Generation (PG)/ Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholder and be enrolled with a Healthier SG GP clinic to be eligible for the Healthier SG Chronic Tier. In this tier, CHAS/PG/MG cardholders with high medication needs, can access subsidies for selected chronic medications at prices comparable to polyclinics. You or your household members can sign up at www.chas.sg.
Healthier SG benefits are available/ accessible at your enrolled Healthier SG Clinic.
