
Please cancel your application, or the HFE letter if it has been issued, and start afresh to apply for an HFE letter.
You may request to cancel an HFE letter application, or the HFE letter if it has been issued, via our e-Servicee-Service, or by clicking “Cancel” at Step 2 on the HDB Flat Portal after logging in.
However, if you have already applied for a flat, please cancel both your HFE letter and flat application, and start afresh to apply for an HFE letter.
For cancellation of a flat application after the sales launch period, please submit your request via MyRequest@HDBMyRequest@HDB > Buying a new Flat > Enter your sales registration number > Select the relevant option on the changes to make.
