Yes, but please note that effective rectification involves removing the bottom two courses of the wall tiles and the entire floor tiles. This is to enable us to apply the waterproofing membrane to the entire floor and the bottom 100 - 200 mm portion of the walls. This is followed by re-tiling to match the surrounding finishes. Please also note that you will still have to pay the full share of the cost of the toilet upgrading package. Alternatively, you may engage your own contractor to rectify the ceiling leakage and pay him the full rectification cost.
