Do I need to have a water test done in order to opt out of toilet upgrading under HIP? How much do I pay for it?
If you are opting out of toilet upgrading, your toilets have to pass a water test to ensure that there is no ceiling leakage at the flat below yours. You do not need to pay for the water test.
