Can I not change my waste pipe(s) under HIP as I have replaced them recently?
Yes, but please note that if ceiling leakage occurs at the flat below yours subsequently and it is caused by your renovation contractor's method of replacing your waste pipe(s), you will have to rectify the leaking waste pipe(s) at your own cost to stop the ceiling leakage.
