The financial institution that I want to request a Letter of Offer from is not found. Why is that so and how should I go about applying for the Letter of Offer from my preferred financial institution?

The list of financial institutions only includes those which have given you an In-Principle Approval via the HDB Flat Portal in the last 12 months. You may approach your preferred financial institution(s) directly for a Letter of Offer.
