When you apply for an HFE letter at the HDB Flat Portal, you can apply concurrently for an In-Principal Approval from the participating financial institutions for a housing loan. Subsequently, you can also apply for a Letter of Offer from the participating financial institutions. This will provide more convenience to you.

Nevertheless, you may also approach your preferred financial institution(s) directly for a housing loan.
