- Company's compliance records with Singapore Customs;
- Source country where the rough diamonds will be imported from;
- Destination country where the rough diamonds will be exported to;
- Type of rough diamond activities that are to be performed in Singapore;
- Company's internal control measures relating to handling of rough diamonds; and
- Volume and frequency of rough diamonds shipments.
