What are the requirements of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) in Singapore?

All shipments of rough diamonds imported into or exported from Singapore must be accompanied with a Kimberley Process (KP) Certificate.

To obtain a KP Certificate, you need to:

Have a valid KP Licence with Singapore Customs; and
Have a valid Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) account with Singapore Customs for the deduction of a S$5.00 fee per KP Certificate issued.
