As of 12 Feburary 2021, the AHKFTA has entered into force for all parties and you can claim preferential tariff treatment for imports from any party under the AHKFTA.

I wish to export goods to Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines under the AHKFTA. Will my goods be eligible for preferential tariff treatment under the AHKFTA?
