As of 12 Feburary 2021, the AHKFTA has entered into force for all parties and you can claim preferential tariff treatment for imports from any party under the AHKFTA. Please refer to Singapore Customs website on the Claiming Preferential Tariff Treatment for Dutiable Imports.
