Each Free Trade Agreement (FTA) has its own prescribed rules of origin. Having exported goods under other FTAs does not automatically qualify your goods as originating under the ASEAN-Hong Kong China Free Trade Agreement (AHKFTA). You are advised to ensure that your goods meet the applicable requirements of the Rule of Origin Chapter of the AHKFTA.

We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the Rules of Origin and Operational Certification Procedures in the AHKFTA to take advantage of the benefits of the agreement when you export to a AHKFTA Party.
