Can I apply for a Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) licence after my activity commences?
You must obtain a Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) licence at least 14 working days before the commencement of your activity related to the controlled chemicals.
Failure to do so is an offence under the Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act.
