I want to import a consignment by sea and send it to Changi Free Trade Zone (FTZ) for storage before re-exporting it by air. What type of permit should I apply? (For Non-Dutiable Goods, with incomplete outward details at the point of permit application)

You may obtain an In-Non-Payment "Storage in FTZ" permit for the temporary storage of imported goods in the Free Trade Zones (FTZs), pending re-exportation to another destination or pending local release. This includes the storage of the goods in the second FTZ.

Subsequently, for exportation, an Out "Direct" permit is to be obtained.
