I want to import a consignment by sea and send it to Changi Free Trade Zone (FTZ) for storage before re-exporting it by air. What type of permit should I apply? (For Non-Dutiable Goods, with complete outward details at the point of permit application)

You may obtain an In-Non-Payment "Re-Export" permit for the immediate re-export of the entire import consignment, be it via the same or different Free Trade Zones (FTZs). Both the inward and outward transport details must be declared in the permit for the consignment.

However, please note that this permit application is not applicable to goods subject to export control by any Competent Authority (CA).
