Therefore, you may obtain an In-Non-Payment "Approved Premises/Schemes (APS)" permit to move the liquor or tobacco products into a licensed warehouse for storage pending re-export.

Subsequently, for the re-exportation, an Out "APS" permit is to be obtained.
