You can obtain an In-Non-Payment (INP) permit with declaration type "Storage in Free Trade Zone (FTZ) (SFZ)", with "Place of Storage" field declared as the FTZ where the goods will be stored at. When the goods are exported at a later date, an "OUT" permit with declaration type "Direct (DRT)" has to be obtained.
