Incoming container contained mixture of non-dutiable goods and liquors will be berthing at PPZ. I need to move the container to KZ for unstuffing. Only the liquors will be re-exported out of Singapore. Can I apply TW permit for this inter-gateway movement?
If unstuffing is required for a container containing dutiable goods (i.e. liquor and tobacco products), the dutiable goods should be imported into a Licensed Warehouse (LW) to be unstuff and restuff into a new container before re-exporting from the LW.
