I have been notified by my Declaring Agent of my unapproved permit application due to an invalid importer/exporter UEN. How should I resolve this?
Your entity's Customs Account may not have been activated or may have been deactivated.
The Key Personnel (e.g. owner, partner or director) whose record is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) or relevant Unique Entity Number (UEN) Issuance Agency can log in to his/her Customs Account using his Corppass or Singpass to check the status of your entity's Customs Account and activate if necessary.
Upon successful activation, your Declaring Agent will be able to apply for the relevant permits after 4 working hours.
