Why is my permit application rejected due to INVALID IMPORTER/EXPORTER EI/UEN. What should I do?
The Importer/Exporter's Customs Account may not be activated or may have been deactivated.
The Key Personnel (e.g. owner, partner or director) whose record is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) or relevant Unique Entity Number (UEN) Issuance Agency can log in to his/her Customs Account to check the status of the entity's Customs Account and activate if necessary.
Upon successful activation, the Declaring Agent will be able to apply for the relevant permits after 4 working hours.
Please visit Activate Customs Account for more information.
