If your courier parcel has been detained by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) or another regulatory authority, a warehouse deposit receipt will be issued by the ICA to your courier service provider. The courier should then advise you on the required follow-up actions.

To enquire about a detained courier parcel, request the following from your courier service provider and share them with the relevant regulatory authority as stated in the warehouse deposit receipt:

1. Shipment details;

2. Warehouse deposit receipt or notification issued by ICA; and

3. Any other information provided by your agent on the detained courier parcel.
