During the first Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) user submission, a consignment was indicated as undelivered in the Undelivered Cargo List. All required permits have been submitted subsequently. How do I inform Singapore Customs that the consignee has since taken delivery of the said consignment?
You can perform an MRS second submission by selecting the "Second Submission" option and update the permit details. Upon submission of all permits, please indicate that the delivery of the consignment is completed.
