How can shipping agents submit Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) to Singapore Customs?
Under the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) Scheme, registered shipping agents can submit MRS to Singapore Customs after receiving details of the manifests and permits for their vessels. You are only allowed to submit the MRS electronically via the Web Manifest Reconciliation Statement System (WMRS) for Sea Shipments portal.
