How do I notify Singapore Customs if the consignee listed in the UCL came to retrieve his cargo with an Import Permit after my MRS and UCL submission?
Log on to the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) website, click on the "second submission" option and key in the relevant details. Upon completion, click "Submit".
Please print the acknowledgment message that will be displayed to notify you of the successful submission for future reference.
Do note that this only applies to undelivered cargo at the time when the MRS is due for submission to Singapore Customs.
Goods that have been delivered to the consignee without an import permit are not classified as "undelivered cargoes.
