How do I request to reject my permit application which is pending approval?

Depending on whether the goods declared are controlled by any Competent Authority (CA), you may contact the relevant CA and/or submit an Enquiry Form here to request for the permit application to be rejected if it is pending approval. Please select "email" as your preferred contact option.

All applications for the cancellation of payment permits are subjected to checks by Singapore Customs before approving or rejecting the cancellation request via TradeNet. If the cancellation request is pending due to Customs' verification of the payment status (i.e. G1 condition) but the goods needs to be imported urgently, you may apply for another import permit for your goods.
