How do I apply to cancel my unpaid payment permit?
You may apply via TradeNet to cancel an unpaid payment permit, subject to the following conditions
- Permit is not utilised for cargo clearance;
- Permit's payment condition is GF or G7; and
- Application for cancellation must be submitted before 23:59:59 hours of the same day of permit approval.
Please note that we may request for the applicant to provide the relevant supporting documents for our review.
