The validity period of a Customs permit is determined based on various factors such as the type of goods involved, purpose of import/export, and place of release and receipt.
For payment permits, you may apply via TradeNet to extend the validity period, after Singapore Customs has received the payment of the Customs duty/ GST for the permit/after 5 working days from the time the payment has made to Singapore Customs.
For In-Non Payment permits, you may apply via TradeNet to extend the validity period, provided the permit is not fully utilized and not expired.
