Why am I not eligible for Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) if I do not opt in to the increased CPF contributions?
Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) is intended to offset part of the year-on-year increase in contribution rates to platform workers’ Ordinary Account (OA) and Special Account (SA) or Retirement Account (RA) for lower-income platform workers (i.e. earning $3,000 or less per month). Platform workers who do not opt in to the increased CPF contributions will not experience increases in OA, SA, RA contributions, and are thus not eligible for PCTS.
