If I work for multiple platforms, how will my eligibility for Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) be assessed?
To qualify for Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS), your total income for the month must not exceed $3,000. This includes your net earnings (gross earnings minus the Fixed Expense Deduction Amount) from each platform operator you work for, along with any income from other employment sources, which will all be summed up to determine whether your income exceeds $3,000.
If your total income does not exceed $3,000:

Your PCTS amount will be computed based on net earnings from each platform operator separately (i.e. per-platform basis), and then summed up. This is in view that all your platform operators will calculate and contribute CPF for you separately (i.e. per-platform basis), and PCTS is intended to offset part of the increase in CPF contributions made.
