Under a transfer order, can I request the monies to be paid to me in cash, instead of transferring to my CPF account?

Under a transfer order, the monies can only be transferred from your ex-spouse’s CPF account to your designated CPF account. If you wish to receive the monies in cash, you may consider applying to the Courts for a charging order instead.
