Can I use my CPF savings to pay for the cash consideration to my ex-spouse for the transfer of property?
No, you cannot use your CPF savings for any cash consideration to your ex-spouse in a property transfer. You may, however, use your Ordinary Account savings to make the refunds to your ex-spouse’s CPF account upon the transfer of property.
