Yes, the Court can still order the transfer of the property to your ex-spouse upon the refund of your pledged amount to your CPF account. The Court may also order for the transfer with a partial refund or without a refund. For such orders, upon the subsequent disposal of the property by your ex-spouse, the unrefunded pledged amount will have to be refunded to your ex-spouse’s CPF account (since it was not earlier refunded to your CPF account).
