What will happen if I am not eligible for a Home Protection Scheme cover?
If you have a serious pre-existing medical condition and are not eligible for Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover, you can still use your CPF savings to pay your monthly housing instalment.
If you were previously covered under HPS, you may be eligible to port your previous HPS cover to your new property.
Find out how you can qualify for porting your previous HPS cover:
You may also consider applying for insurance coverage from private insurers.
