Can I commence my monthly housing instalment if my application to be covered under Home Protection Scheme is pending or rejected?
Yes, you can still use your CPF savings to pay your monthly housing instalments even if your Home Protection Scheme (HPS) application is still pending. You do not need to wait for HPS approval to begin your payments.
This applies even if your HPS application was rejected due to health conditions.
