I am a current Corppass user and have converted my identity type. What should I do if I still need to use Corppass services?

After converting your identity type, follow these steps:

If your new ID type is NRIC/FIN:

  1. Register with Singpass.

  2. Contact the Corppass Administrator of your entity to terminate your existing Corppass account linked to your previous identity type.

  3. Request the Administrator to create a new Corppass account using your updated identity type and ID.

If your new ID type is Foreign ID:

  1. Contact the Corppass Administrator of your entity to terminate your existing Corppass account linked to your previous identity type.

  2. Request the Administrator to create a new Corppass account using your updated identity type and ID.

If you are also a Registered Officer (RO) of your entity:

  1. Update your new identity type in your entity profile in ACRA or with the relevant issuing agency.

  2. Please note: If you have converted to a Foreign ID, you will no longer be eligible to serve as a Corppass Administrator for local UEN entities.
