What should I do if both of my entity’s Corppass Admins have left without terminating their accounts?

Only Registered Officers (ROs) holding an NRIC/FIN can terminate the accounts of departed Admins and appoint new Admins. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Services > Manage Admins.

  2. Log in using your Singpass.

  3. Select the departed Admin accounts and terminate them.

  4. Appoint a new Admin to ensure your entity maintains at least one Corppass Admin at all times.
    Note: If there are no Corppass Admins for more than 30 days, your entity will be suspended.
