#1. Key Updates to the Application Process:

The application process remains largely unchanged, but here are some important updates:

• Email Verification: Applicants must verify their email using a one-time passcode during registration.

• Registered Officer (RO) Selection: Applicants can now select an RO and provide their email instead of entering the last five characters of the RO’s NRIC/FIN. The selected RO will then be notified via email to approve the application.
  
  

#2. Changes to the Approval Process & Updates to Registered Officer (RO) Eligibility:

• Approval Process: Any RO within the organisation can approve applications, but only the RO selected by the applicant will receive the notification email. ROs approving Admin applications will also need to digitally sign the transaction using the Singpass app.

• RO Eligibility Updates: Corppass has updated the list of position holders eligible to act as an RO on Corppass. Please refer to the table below for key changes or check the FAQ for more details.

• For Local Companies: A new Letter of Authority will be displayed during approval. The RO must accept this letter for the approval to be completed.

• Singpass App requirement: The RO must use the Singpass app to sign the transaction and complete the approval.
