1. All applicants* for Corppass Administrator role have to apply online on Corppass's Corppass Portal.

   • They must select one of the entity’s Registered Officers (RO) to notify for approval of the application. (All other ROs can still approve the application.)

2. Corppass has refined the list of position holders registered in ACRA who can act in the capacity of a RO on Corppass. (Please see this list for details.)

3. ROs will need to digitally sign using the Singpass app when approving new Corppass Admin applications. (This step will not apply if the ROs themselves are applying as Corppass Administrators for their entities, as they will be auto-approved upon registration.)

*Note: For entities whose RO information is not available on Corppass, applicants will be directed automatically to Letter of Authorisation process for their Corppass Admin application.
