I am a service provider and my Client has assigned digital services to my entity, but I am still unable to transact on their behalf. Why is this so?

If you are having trouble accessing the digital service that your Client has assigned your entity, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you are authorised by your Corppass admin or sub-admin to access the Client’s digital service.

    1. To verify the Client e-service(s) assigned to your Corppass account:

      • Log in to the Corppass Portal.

      • Navigate to  My Account > Assigned Client e-Services.

      • Ensure that you are authorised for the respective Client digital service. Verify that your authorisation validity has not expired and that the parameter values (e.g., CSN No., Role) are accurate.

  2. Ensure that when you log in, you select your own entity's UEN on the UEN selection page.

  3. Contact Your Corppass Admin: If your authorisation appears incorrect or if your authorisation validity has expired, reach out to your entity's Corppass Admin to authorise you for the respective digital service.

  4. Check Service Availability: Ensure that the digital service you are trying to access is currently available and not experiencing downtime.

  5. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve access issues. Try logging in again after clearing.

  6. Check for Additional Requirements: If the above steps are correct and you are still experiencing issues, check if the digital service agency has any additional requirements for transacting with their e-service.

  7. Contact Support: If you are still unable to access the Client's service after verifying your permissions and following the above steps, contact Corppass support for further assistance.

Note: Sub-Admins with restricted access cannot authorise and manage Third Party Entities or manage and assign Client Digital Services.
